For 206 workshop maintenance personnel, such maintenance is commonplace. As the maintenance team leader, Wu Yong's performance over the years is especially commendable:


In 2015, the workshop carried out the transformation of the evaporator tube condenser of the four effect group 3# and 4#. From material planning, equipment layout, equipment disassembly to installation and commissioning, Wu Yongdu thought carefully and participated in the whole process. He often started from 8: Work from 30 to 21:00 and actively cooperate and coordinate work to ensure the economic, safe and efficient implementation of the project.


In March 2016, the installation of MVR1# and 2# evaporators was completed. In the process of commissioning and operation, the preheater return pipe, antifoaming agent addition system, steam compressor shaft seal negative pressure system, and volute condensate discharge system are required. , The condensate concentrated liquid tank and the conveying pipeline were renovated. Time is tight and the task is heavy. In order to put the MVR into normal operation as soon as possible, Wu Yong led the maintenance team to work overtime and continue to fight for nearly two months without rest. The quality and quantity are finally guaranteed. The technical transformation project was successfully completed, which enabled MVR to complete the operation and commissioning in the shortest time, and gained valuable time for the company's environmental protection management.


In 2017, the MVR evaporator and salt concentration project was officially put into operation. The new equipment and new system made the equipment maintenance, maintenance, and overhaul technology of the workshop repair team face new tests. The technology accumulation was almost blank, and all kinds of unexpected problems in operation There is no experience to learn from. In this regard, when Wu Yong organized the maintenance team to do daily maintenance work, he not only looked at the materials and checked the drawings, but also consulted and asked the manufacturer’s technicians. After continuous exploration, he finally concluded the inspection, repair and maintenance of the steam compressor. Maintenance methods, and at the same time, the maintenance workers were trained to train some professionally capable maintenance personnel, which laid a good foundation for the normal operation of the system.


In April 2018, the 2# salt concentration centrifuge caused oil pollution in the oil station due to the leakage of the shaft seal, which seriously affected the normal operation of the centrifuge. The manufacturer sent technicians and designers to guide the maintenance many times, but they could not completely solve the problem. problem. After careful study and analysis of operating parameters, Wu Yong proposed that the problem was caused by the manufacturer’s design defects, which was recognized by the manufacturer. After the company negotiated with the manufacturer and replaced the new centrifuge, the problem was completely solved, which saved the company a large economic loss, and also provided a basis for the manufacturer to avoid similar problems and improve the design, which was praised by the manufacturer.


Wu Yong believes that in order to keep the team moving forward at all times, it is necessary to innovate team building. In his daily work, he uses methods such as after-class discussions, individual conversations, and solicitation of rationalization suggestions to strengthen team building. In terms of team construction, he continued to improve the safety assessment system and technical evaluation mechanism through safety training in accordance with the workshop rules and regulations, so that employees could have a firm grasp of safety operating procedures, familiarize themselves with safety knowledge, and continuously improve their technical quality, thus creating an excellent maintenance team. .

As a team leader, in his daily work, he carefully studied the principle, structure and performance of the workshop equipment, not only his own technology is comprehensive, but also a good example of technical proficiency in the minds of employees. He always takes the lead when encountering difficulties, and he always goes up first wherever there is danger. In the face of honor, he was always humble, won the respect of the team members, and played a good exemplary lead. In life, he actively exchanges ideas with employees, and keeps abreast of employee ideological trends in time. He comforts and persuades employees who are psychologically burdened, soothes their mood and makes them devote themselves to work. There are new employees born in the 90s in the group. When they first entered the group, they were not used to the safety management of the group and felt too restrained and impetuous. Under his patient guidance, they realized their own mistakes, quickly changed their ideas, and actively engaged in their work.


From 2017 to 2018, the environmental protection pressure faced by the company has increased dramatically. As the company's key environmental protection governance target, the 206 workshop has invested a lot of manpower and financial resources. As the implementation unit of the installation and transformation of environmental protection facilities, the maintenance team not only has a wide range of points and high safety risks, but also faces urgent and arduous transformation and installation tasks. To this end, Wu Yong conscientiously implemented the various tasks of the company and the workshop, strictly followed the renovation plan, and carefully arranged. He shuttled between the various construction renovation sites every day, often working for more than 10 hours, so that the renovation work was completed on schedule.


In the twelve years since he went to work, he has never affected his work because of personal affairs. Because he was devoted to work, his parents were hospitalized due to illness and he couldn't take care of him. He didn't take care of the elderly for a day, and he had no time to take care of his children when they went to school. Everything is borne by the weak wife. Due to years of work in the open air, frequent overtime, irregular diet, and accumulation of time, he unfortunately suffered from chronic gastric ulcer and often worked with illness. Nevertheless, for many years, he was the earliest to come to work every day and the last to leave. He was also the busiest person at work. Working overtime has almost become commonplace, but he never complained of complaints, and never cared about himself. Gain and lose, and don’t pay extra. He has won unanimous praise from the workshop, and he has been rated as an excellent team leader by the workshop year after year.
