Guo Haiyan, female, was born in July 1976. From July 1996 to July 1999, she studied fermentation technology at Northwest Light Industry University. She joined Qiyuan Pharmaceutical in 1999 and joined Jiu San Society in 2011. Since joining Qiyuan Pharmaceutical, she has worked in the workshop and the company's quality technology center. She is currently the fermentation supervisor of the company's quality technology center, responsible for the company's main fermentation varieties' fermentation process research and development and technical support for production.

Guo Haiyan is engaged in the research of microbial fermentation technology. In order to improve the company's fermentation technology level, she devoted herself to studying the kinetics of gases and liquids, biological metabolic kinetics and pharmacy, carefully studying the structure of fermentation tanks to optimize oxygen supply conditions, and applying what she learned to research and development work, often with all levels Managers and front-line employees discuss fermentation improvement plans, optimize the experimental process, and perfectly combine theory with practice to apply what they have learned. At the production site, before R&D of equipment, and at process seminars, she can be seen everywhere. She often waits all night for an experimental phenomenon or transformation result, and often observes a bacterial structure in front of a microscope for a long time, but she does not No regrets, never complaining or tired. In her opinion, this is a pleasure. From 2012 to 2018, Guo Haiyan published 3 papers in the field of biological fermentation and obtained 6 invention patents.


Every morning, she is always the first to appear at the fermentation site, or discuss the phenomenon of the fermentation process with the employees, or analyze the fermentation metabolism curve... Her craftsman spirit affects every experimenter and everyone around her. Knowledge and cultivation give her a unique style. She has conducted several professional knowledge trainings for the company and team, and imparted the accumulated knowledge to employees selflessly. Under her leadership, her R&D team produces R&D results every year for production transformation, and has made important contributions to the company's antibiotic production.


In September 2015, Guo Haiyan took on the important task of research and development of tetracycline fermentation process. With no research foundation and no experience for reference, she consulted a large number of Chinese and foreign documents, repeatedly discussed with relevant technical personnel, and conducted in-depth observations on the production site. , Struggling to find a way to improve, after hundreds of batches of experimental research and verification, finally achieved a leap in tetracycline fermentation process quality in August 2016, reducing the fermentation cost of the product by more than 15% and reducing emissions by 20% the above.


Because of diligence, hard work and dedication, Guo Haiyan has received many honors and awards.


In 2005, the "Erythromycin Process Optimization Research" project she participated in was awarded the "Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the Autonomous Region" by the People's Government of the Autonomous Region.


In 2008, she participated in the "Selective Breeding and Fermentation Technology Research of Erythromycin High-yield Strains" by the autonomous region and awarded the "Autonomous Region Science and Technology Progress Third Prize.


During 2014-2018, in the research of fermentation technology of erythromycin and tetracycline, it has won the company's technology award 7 times.


In 2016, she was named "Yongning County Women's Achievement Model".


On April 30, 2019, she was named the first "Yongning Craftsman".
