In January 2019, due to physical discomfort, I asked for leave to rest at home. At that time, the center was assessing the technological progress award for the 2018 R&D project. Not only was it necessary to prepare a large amount of information, but also a ppt defense. I thought that my project could not participate in the awards, but what I didn’t expect was that my colleague volunteered to submit the materials for me. After I finished the ppt, my colleague defended me again. In the end, my project won the third-class technical progress. prize. This made me feel the warmth of the collective.

Since joining the work, when arranging on duty every New Year's Day, colleagues in our department have always humbly made each other's colleagues who are far away on duty for the last one or two days or try not to be on duty as much as possible, so that they can go home and spend the holidays in peace. For me, who lives in other provinces, this also moved me.

In the past half year, I was unable to complete many experiments on my own due to the physical inconvenience of pregnancy, but with the help of my colleagues, I was able to complete them easily. For the hygiene in my area of responsibility, my colleagues always take the initiative to clean up for me, making me grateful every day at work.
